Travels:

Transport and accommodation*
Required for 8 people:​

(The hotel must be 5 stars and not less than 4 stars.)

Equipment and Costumes:

  • 3 suitcases with costumes and makeup

  • 1 production suitcase

- Shinto arch. (removable 3.08m x 3.88m. Weight 73 kg.     

- 2 cloth canvases (1.5m x 2m) placed as a floor under the arch . Weight approx. 3 kg.

- 2 Kakejiku (scrolls of roll paper of 0.55m wide x 3m high)

- Aluminum frame

   (removable 2.36m  x 2.51m. Weight 10 kg.)

It is possible to reduce the cost of freight for the scenery if we are provided with 2 sections of sanitary PVC pipe 6m long and 8 inches in diameter each to build the part of the Sintoist Arc that is more voluminous.

For the above, it would require that 2 people from our team arrive 2 or 3 days before the assembly day.

Excess luggage *

* None of the luggage pieces exceeds the 20 kgs allowed for international flights. However, in domestic or national flights some airlines only allow a single piece of luggage per passenger with a maximum weight of 20kgs.

Therefore this is an issue that should be considered.

* The per diem, lodging, as well as the transportation of the entire company to and from the place of the presentations will be borne by the institution or festival. If the transport by land to the place of the presentations exceeds 5 hours of journey, this will be replaced with air transport.

 

Note: The host should provice all the requirements that are specified in the technical rider with the asterisk.(*)

For the presentation of said shows it is necessary that the Institution provide adequate spaces for the realization of them. The sound and lighting equipment must be provided by the festival. (Microphones, monitors, speakers, dimmers, pairs, filters, etc.)

Technical Rider

 

Duration: 115 min  (With recess to change make-up and costume.)

 

Audience profile:  Teenagers and Adults. 

 

Stage*

- Front space with tiers at the stage level.

- Italian format with a minimum stage of 12m wide x 12m deep and 7m high

   with 3 accesses 

- Side and bottom reliefs of at least 1 m.

- Black camera

- Counterbalanced rod and black piola that supports 3kg,

- 4 platforms for musicians of 40cm high x 1.22m deep x 2.44m front.

- 2 sticks and pulleys for placement of a plastic screen with aluminum frame (2.36m x 2.51m disassemblable; Weight is 10 kg.

 

Theatrical Dress Required *:

- Black backdrop background.

- 2 piece wildcard with 3.5m separation between each.

- 2 legs and 1st stage to form a 2.5m x 2.5m frame at the back of the stage.

- Numbers of backstage curtaains necessary for an adequate afore.

 

- Type of floor: *

Black linoleum.


Lighting*

Note: The lighting template will be made according to the specifications of each theater,  once the technical visit has been made.

 

- 1 programmable console with a minimum of 60 channels and 90 memories.

-22 Ellipsoidal reflectors (Leekos) of 15-32 degrees.

-29 Ellipsoidal reflectors (leeks) of 25-50 degrees.

-21 PAR ETC MFL Reflectors

  (Can be replaced by Par 64 of minimum 1000w with MFL focus)

-13 Fresnels of minimum 1000w

-11 Scrollers for Fresneles *

 

* If the theater does not have Scrollers, 11 of the 13 ash trees should be replaced by ellipsoidal reflectors with Color-changers, minimum 1000w and 25-50º.

If neither of them is available, the number of Fresneles requested must be tripled.

Audio*

-3 unidirectional microphones for musicians

- 8-channel digital console

- Room amplification system

- Stage monitors for actors and musicians

- Environmental microphones (Only in case the room does not have enough      natural acoustics),   they must be Sennheiser or Shure brand

- 2 pedestals for microphone with boom or extension rod

- 2 direct boxes


Special effects*

- Video projector of 2000 lumens minimum

- VGA cable that goes from the position of the projector to the lighting cabin.

- Fog or smoke machine with Hazer liquid for tests and functions

Important note: The whole crew required must count with full time availability to resolve the working plan. And must be the same for the rehearsals and shows as well.

- Fluorescent tape for steps, halls and any other risk element for actors during rehearsals and performances.

- Black tape to assure electric and audio wires that might be on the floor.

 

Set up time with Italian stage*

First day:

a.   Lighting: set up equipment, focus and lighting script.

b.  On stage rehearsal with actors-singers and musicians.

d.  Technical rehearsal.

e.  General rehearsal.

 

Second day:

a.  Technical corrections (lighting, props, machinery and/or sound).

b.  Performance.

(Dressing rooms *

-  3 Dressing rooms with chairs, mirrors, drinking water and services.

-  Indispensable: a dressing room close to the stage for quick changes

 Maintenance by function *

-  Washing, ironing and repair of clothing

-   Repair of props (if necessary)

 

Catering *

- Water, coffee, tea, honey, energy bars, sandwiches and fruit.
